  • Received a simple procedure timetable (claim )

Hi, I am in Scotland and today received two sheriff officers at the door handing me this claim from shoosmiths. I am not sure what to do. I asked Shoosmiths to send me a signed aggreement of my legal agrrement with Capquest (littlewoods) and they sent me a typed signature not my signature.

I am not sure if I should fight this or agree to pay? Can anyone offer some advice please?

    Thank you

You may well be able to fight this. How much is being sued for?
