  • P36 offer from police

    Hi Legals,
    Can anyone help me please.
I have received a p36 offer from the Police which I accepted last week.
I decided I wish to change my mind and my solicitor says I cannot.

    Why can't I ?
I t is within 7 days of being offered and my solicitors costs have not been agreed as yet.
Can a Judge order it if I go before one and ask ?

    Thanks for any help

CPR 36 does not make provision for claimants to withdraw an acceptance of a part 36 offer.

Thank you, I thought our English 7 day cooling period may have been a factor.
