  • Filling in a N244

    Hi everyone.

    My first post on here,
i have been civil court 5 times to get a defendant to produce documents, ha has failed to respond every time, the last notice had a penal notice attached, my solicitor originally said they would now apply this by requesting at a final hearing that the court award me all my costs back and to get a committal to prison added to the order.
My problem is now my solicitor is saying that they require some payment before they carry out this course of action, which i have no monies.

So i am wandering how easy or if it is possible to file this application myself and how to go about it.

    many thanks in advance.

    Mr S.R
